Enjoyed our twin room with bathtub. Location: the hotel was really close to the center as well as bars, restaurants and stores. We ordered lunch at Noodle & Roll, located steps away from the venue.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. We enjoyed being able to walk to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. From the moment we arrived, they made sure everything was organized and assisted us every step of the way. The room was spacious and the bed was massive, providing us with a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom was also very nice, and we appreciated the availability of the spa on the ground floor. Although we didn't get to try the breakfast, we heard it was delicious. we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return when we're back in the area.

During my stay at Ken Hotel By Connek, I unfortunately experienced a malfunctioning air-conditioning unit. Despite the inconvenience, the staff promptly provided me with a fan and attempted to reset the system. Although the aircon reset unexpectedly, the staff was apologetic and understanding. They even helped me find alternative solutions to make my stay comfortable. The location of the hotel was also ideal, allowing me to easily explore the nearby attractions. I would recommend Ken Hotel By Connek for its helpful staff and convenient location.

The complimentary afternoon tea was a nice touch. The staff provided top-notch service, making me feel like I had a personal assistant throughout my entire stay.

Close to many attractions and night venues and easily accessible to public transportation. the staff were friendly and accommodating, offering tips and advice on local restaurants and dishes. the room was also quite spacious with a cozy bed and fluffy pillows for a comfortable stay.

Although the room was nice, the shower temperature was inconsistent and didn't stay hot for long. the breakfast options were limited and not always the best quality with few toppings for the Pho.
